GROOMING POLICIES
Late Arrival & Cancellation:
If you arrive late for your appointment or cancel without notice, the following policy applies;
5-15 min late: We understand things don’t always go as planned and can often still take in your pet. If lateness becomes a regular occurrence, we’ll kindly check in with a reminder. We strive to stay on schedule to serve all our clients efficiently—thank you for helping us do so!
15+ minutes late: A late fee of $15+tax may be applied depending on how it affects our schedule and other clients
30 minutes late: a late fee of $30+tax will be charged due to a guaranteed schedule disruption.
30+ minutes late with no contact or cancellation: your appointment will be considered a no show and will be cancelled, and a $50+tax fee will be applied.
If you do not contact us a second time and your appointment is considered a no show, the missed appointment will be charged at full cost.
A $30 fee will apply for repeated last-minute cancellations made within 2 hours of the scheduled appointment time.
If your pet is unwell or you experience a personal emergency, please contact us before your appointment time and we will accommodate your situation with care.
Late Pickup:
Please be aware that if you are over 60 minutes late for your dog's scheduled pickup time post groom you will be charged a late pickup fee of $10/hour.
Appointment Bookings:
By booking services online you are agreeing to the Terms and Conditions of our Grooming Agreement.
In the best interest of others, we reserve the right to refuse service for any reason.
